By accessing or using Parlay Killer at parlay-killer.up.railway.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the revision date at the top of this page.

If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete associated data.

All outputs — including expected value calculations, projections, confidence scores, and recommendations — are generated by mathematical models based on publicly available odds data. These outputs do not guarantee any outcome.

You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions. Parlay Killer bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred as a result of using this Service. Bet responsibly, and only within your means.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for extended periods.

Parlay Killer offers the following plans:

• Free — limited daily analyses, access to core features
• Pro Monthly — $9.99/month, unlimited analyses, all features
• Pro Annual — $39.99/year, same as Pro Monthly with ~67% savings

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access non-public areas of the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where sports betting is illegal
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Odds data or projections will be accurate, complete, or current
• Any particular outcome will result from using the Service

Odds data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify odds directly with your sportsbook before placing any wager.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parlay Killer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Gambling or betting losses of any amount
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• Damages arising from reliance on any output of the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
